We are looking for a new Wealth Management Relationship Associate to join our client's SJP firm, working in Berkswell. Working in collaboration with Financial Advisers and other colleagues, you will assist the Financial Advisers in preparing recommendations and producing suitability reports in line with company policy, and liaising with their clients. Responsibilities: Provide management of delegated tasks, deadlines and reminders. Manage Adviser diary and client appointments. Be first point of contact for calls into adviser, and ensure liaise with Private client manager accordingly. Making travel booking and arrangements as required for the Adviser. Contacts prospects/clients to help them to better understand the full potential of our services, arranging meetings with Adviser when appropriate. Diarise and maintain relationships with prospects where initial client meetings have not been arranged. Liaise with clients and third parties in relation to the Adviser and act as first point of contact for client administration queries. Maintain existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board. Maintain relationships with clients to promote services offered by the Practice, welfare concerns, obtain client feedback. Be the point of escalation for complex client queries, liaising with the respective financial adviser as appropriate. Support the Practice with the end-to-end management of client events, including liaising with venues, arranging client invites, lunches attendance at some events and liaising with attendees. Manage the Advisers digital presence across approved channels including LinkedIn. Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of client events. Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and produce relevant management information with which to inform future strategies. Monitor client satisfaction. Deliver, promote and enhance the business’s client-facing strategy and one-to-one interactions with its clients to ensure all Practice clients receive a first-class client experience. Support the Practice in maintaining accurate and up to date client data and client contact. Support the Practice to ensure the end-to-end business process is adhered to and tracked efficiently in line with Practice and regulatory standards. Provide an excellent level of customer service to Practice clients. Adhoc project work that may be required from time to time. Any other reasonable tasks that may be required by the Business. Answer incoming calls in a professional manner. Knowledge and experience: Senior administration experience ideally from an investment/wealth management environment. Experience of managing client accounts and relationships. Demonstrates up to date knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation within the financial services, GDPR and risk. Previous experience in a PA/office support role, ideally in financial services or IFA Practice. Experience of client management systems such as Salesforce (desirable).
