To ensure we are poised to meet the needs of our growing client base, we now have a number of opportunities for qualified and experienced Wealth Planners to join our fantastic Aviva Financial Advice team! Our Wealth Planners are what our reputation is built upon, and to join our award-winning team, you will need to bring a highly professional, trustworthy, and client-focused approach. We are seeking individuals with a genuine enthusiasm for great client outcomes, relationship building, and an articulate and engaging communication style which can be flexed to bring value and understanding to every conversation. You will also need to be: Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or appropriate qualification of Wealth Management or Investment Advice and Management of FCA Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). Experience of delivering compliant, tailored financial advice to private clients. Knowledge of the UK regulatory system, particularly those aspects relevant to Financial Services, coupled with a good working knowledge of industry issues and developments. Committed to your own professional development and regularly undertaking CPD. Self-disciplined, resilient, and commercially focused. Innate understanding and buy-in of the corporate objectives and a deep sharing of Succession Wealth’s client-centric cultural values. Effective team player, recognising the value of the support team in delivery of great client outcomes.
