Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). 1-2 years of experience in web designing, graphic designing, or related fields. Prior experience in teaching/training is a plus. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Figma, XD, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner. Responsibilities:
Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions on web and graphic designing. Provide both theoretical and practical knowledge to students. Design and update course materials, lesson plans, and assignments. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into the curriculum. Guide students in completing projects and portfolios. Evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and assessments. Encourage creativity and innovation in designing projects. Share insights about real-world applications and best practices. Teach software and tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, CorelDRAW, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant tools. Introduce the latest frameworks and design trends. Provide constructive feedback to students. Prepare reports on student progress and suggest improvements.
