About The Role Joining our newly-formed central services, we are now recruiting a creative, passionate Web Content Writer on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. You will be key to creating optimised descriptions for property listings upon our websites and 3rd party websites. Becoming the new face within our Owned and Earned Media Team, we are seeking someone keen to gain invaluable experience within the Marketing field, making this position perfect for recent Graduates or those with a drive to join an innovative, forward thinking Marketing function. It is essential that the candidate has a natural flair with written content that will ultimately inspire website visitors to make a purchase. Using a variety of techniques to discover and analyse potential keywords that written website content can be optimised with, our newest Web Content Writer will ensure our property listings achieve the best possible rankings in organic search results, whilst meeting our customers’ expectations. Furthermore, the role will involve an analytical approach to ensure written property content is also measured against conversion rates to drive efficiency at the point of sale. Showcasing your skills in SEO best practices and Google Analytics, we want to hear from those with a passion for writing and a drive to enter the Marketing field making this position the ideal opportunity for recent graduates looking for experience and a career in digital marketing. Your Responsibilities: Reporting into Web Content Manager, our newest Web Content Writer will become a key player within our SEO team, responsible for: Creating and updating property description content upon the website Creating, updating and enhancing property description content upon 3rd party websites Proof reading content Reviewing customer feedback and ensuring accuracy within property descriptions Undertaking keyword research to ensure written content is optimised Providing the PR and Social teams with interesting properties that can be used as part of marketing activity Being an advocate for written content and be able to communicate its importance to the wider business Skills and Qualifications: We are looking for those who can share in our company goals, values and ethos, who can grow alongside us and whose skills can aid our ongoing success!
