About the Role:

You will be responsible for creating bespoke websites from initial concepts and wireframes to final designs. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on digital assets for our Paid Media and Social Media campaigns, creating landing pages, illustrations, and infographics for our SEO team, meaning there will be lots of variety to the job. If you have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the client, and work alongside the design and development team to create beautifully well crafted, responsive, user-friendly bespoke websites.

Develop creative landing pages, illustrations, and infographics to support SEO and PPC campaigns.

Design digital assets for strategy lead Paid Media and Social Media campaigns.

Ensure all designs align with clients’ brand values.

Keep up to date with the latest industry trends.

Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Have:

3+ years of experience in an agency environment.

A strong understanding of design principles.

Proven experience in website design.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience with content management systems such as WordPress and Shopify.

An understanding of UX/UI principles and webpage design.

A strong knowledge of Figma and prototyping.

Understanding of the principles of HTML and CSS.

Experience in design for social media and Google ads.

A strong portfolio demonstrating digital designs for multi-channel marketing.

Ability to see a brief through to completion.

Excellent time management skills.

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive personality.

Good communicator and presenter.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of animation/video editing production.

Experience with webflow.

Experience with page builders like Unbounce etc.

Knowledge of AI design tools.
