We are seeking a skilled Web Designer to join the Marketing team and help design and develop a high-quality marketing website using Webflow. The website will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s marketing and branding initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities

Design and develop a high-quality marketing website using Webflow to support the company’s marketing and branding initiatives. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to implement site structure, user experience (UX), and functionality that aligns with business goals. Customise Webflow templates or create new components as required to ensure brand consistency and optimised user experience. Optimise website performance for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness to improve user engagement and search engine visibility. Manage and maintain the Webflow CMS to ensure scalability for future content updates and site improvements. Conduct testing and troubleshooting for cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and Webflow bug fixes to ensure seamless functionality. Monitor and analyse website traffic using Google Analytics and Webflow analytics to provide insights on improving site performance. Ensure accessibility standards and compliance with the latest web guidelines to provide an inclusive user experience. Provide ongoing website updates and enhancements based on marketing campaigns, new content, or product updates to keep the site fresh and relevant. Knowledge and Education

3-4 years of experience building marketing websites with Webflow. Experience collaborating with design and content teams to translate brand and marketing strategies into functional websites. Experience troubleshooting and solving Webflow-specific issues related to site performance, integrations, and customisation. Hands-on experience with website analytics and performance improvement strategies. Advanced knowledge of Webflow, including interactions, animations, CMS collections, and custom code embedding. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to troubleshoot or extend Webflow’s built-in capabilities. Knowledge of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and user behavior analytics tools to support marketing strategy. Familiarity with web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) and how to apply them in Webflow builds. Development Opportunities & Benefits
