Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer & Knowledge Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. Job Summary: In this role, you will be contributing your expertise in both web design and knowledge management. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining our multiple websites, ensuring a user-friendly experience that attracts new customers and promotes our brand. Additionally, you will develop and manage our internal knowledge base, ensuring efficient information flow and employee training. Key Responsibilities - Web Design:

Design and develop engaging and user-friendly websites and landing pages, following best practices for UX/UI design. Create high-quality graphics, icons, and other visual elements to enhance the website's aesthetics. Ensure website responsiveness across all devices (desktop, mobile, tablet). Implement best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve website visibility. Stay updated on the latest web design trends and technologies. Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Manager on branding and messaging consistency across the website. Key Responsibilities - Knowledge Management:

Develop and manage an internal knowledge base, organising information for easy access and retrieval by employees. Create clear and concise content in various formats (text, videos, tutorials) to explain company policies, procedures, and best practices. Implement a system for categorizing and tagging information within the knowledge base. Maintain and update the knowledge base as needed, ensuring the information remains accurate and relevant. Train employees on how to use the knowledge base for self-service information retrieval. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Information Sciences, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 1 year of professional experience

in web design and development. Strong portfolio

demonstrating your design skills and past projects. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of Javascript (preferred). Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Squarespace, Wix (preferred). Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise content. Experience with knowledge management principles and best practices. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Benefits:
