Job Responsibilities:

Provides guidance for the analysis of customer requirements for websites according to the client's wide range of highly complex specifications and needs. Collaborates with graphics and web designers to develop web applications and websites. Conducts thorough testing and provides guidance for the finalization of web applications and websites for next level production. Maintains and recommends highly complex updates to websites ensuring changes are implemented without disruption. Creates and implements highly complex contingency plans in preparation of website outages. Builds upon current knowledge and provides guidance on emerging and relevant programming that will enhance web applications and websites overall functionality. Provides guidance and leadership to less-experienced web developer personnel. May serve as a team or task leader (not a people manager). Desired Qualifications:

BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 8+ years of experience.
