Christchurch, Dorset Turbo Dynamics are a small, family-owned, local business that has been trading for over 30 years. We supply, upgrade, and repair turbochargers for all applications such as passenger car, motorsport, marine, and agricultural. We currently have a position for a Web Marketing Executive to work at our offices in Christchurch, Dorset. Working closely with our Operations Manager and sales team, this is a demanding role, ideal for a bright, motivated person with fresh ideas and a keen interest in website administration, social media, and marketing. The ideal candidate must be well-organized and possess good communication skills. A passion for the motorsport or automotive industry would be beneficial. Responsibilities

Work closely with the Managing Director and Operations Manager to create and manage the company’s marketing strategy. Monitor, maintain, and update our various social media outlets (Facebook, X, Instagram, etc.). Take images, both onsite and at offsite events (where required). Prepare product images and website banners as required using Adobe Creative Suite. Create sales banners and graphics for the various websites/webshops as required. Work closely with our internal sales personnel to compose and distribute email-based marketing, including regular email newsletters. Update and maintain website pages, including blogs. Analyze trends and patterns of web statistics to validate existing strategies or create new ones, including monitoring incoming customer inquiries from various outlets (social media, website, etc.). Maintain, create, and manage Pay Per Click campaigns on Google and Facebook. Manage product image library and arrange for additional photography if required. Identify and present new marketing strategies relevant to the company and marketplace. Requirements

Previous relevant experience with website administration, social media, blogs, and newsletter creation. Good knowledge and understanding of WordPress, including WooCommerce. Good knowledge of SEO, PPC, and understanding of HTML. High standard of photograph manipulation, including adjusting, modifying, sizing, and watermarking images for websites and social media. Excellent communication skills. A keen eye for detail. Salary dependent on experience. Please include salary expectations as part of the covering letter when applying.
