Job Description

Web Platforms Product Owner Salary : £48,000.00 - £52,000.00 per annum, depending on experience Hours : Full time, 35 hours per week Location : Hybrid Working – Home Based/Princes Risborough (4 days per month on site). We’re working with a professional membership organisation setting the standards for their profession. As a registered charity, they also reinvest their surplus to benefit members and the profession. They deliver education, develop qualifications, conduct research, provide knowledge and resources, run events, and share best practices. The Opportunity : An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Digital team for a Web Platforms Product Owner. You will lead the strategic planning and delivery of a web-based customer engagement platform, working with stakeholders to achieve their Future Customer Experience vision. Your Role : Ensure web platforms deliver excellent customer experiences by supporting current functionality and introducing high-value features. You will build expert knowledge of web CMS solutions and support teams in content marketing, analytics, and other member benefits. Responsibilities include training users on CMS platforms, SEO best practices, and providing ad-hoc support to content creation teams. Qualifications and Skills : Degree in Technology (web platform) delivery management, Digital Marketing Technology, or equivalent experience Proficient in HTML and CSS 2+ years of experience with web platform-related SDLC, CMS, CRM platforms, business analysis, Google Analytics, web platform monitoring tools, and Agile delivery principles Experience in delivering UX and UI improvements What can they offer? : Join a friendly, caring community dedicated to setting high standards in their profession.
