Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and required quality standards. Strong organisational and analytical skills. Dynamic, enthusiastic & passionate to achieve. Extra Skills That Would Be Great An understanding of business processes and workflows. Experience working with developers or creatives in an agency setting or in-house. Experience working with either open-source or bespoke web systems. Familiarity with UX optimisation. Understanding of digital marketing. Experience of PRINCE2 would be beneficial. Some Specifics Of The Role Receive briefs from customers and ensure we clearly understand their objectives so we can give the best technical advice on how to achieve them. Write Project Proposals and Estimates with input from the technical team. Keeping customers up to date throughout the project lifecycle. Management and prioritizing of workload for a team of developers. Testing work delivered against briefs for sign-off. Maintain ongoing account relationships to maximise future growth opportunities.
