Reporting to the Website Manager, the Website Content Specialist will support the optimisation and growth of our charity's online presence. We're looking for someone with a creative mindset who can help ensure our digital content aligns with organisational goals and engages users. You'll assist in managing and maintaining website content, ensuring it reflects our brand and is optimised for SEO and user experience. Working closely with different teams, you'll contribute to our content strategy, helping to deliver a digital experience that makes an impact and supports conversions.About the RoleAs the Website Content Specialist, you'll play an important role in helping our website drive engagement, improve performance, and support conversions-making a real difference for people facing financial challenges. You'll assist with the creation, maintenance, and optimisation of website content, ensuring it aligns with our charity's mission and objectives.Your focus will be on supporting content that appeals to a wide audience, while also being optimised for search engines and offering a positive user experience. You'll work closely with teams across marketing, product, and policy, as well as external agencies, to help ensure we deliver content that's both creative and technically sound.You'll help improve our content processes, ensuring that all content follows brand and editorial guidelines, while also suggesting ways to make the digital experience more efficient and engaging. This includes helping to research new content ideas and formats to keep our website fresh and relevant.Guided by data and insights, you'll assist in analysing the performance of our digital content to inform future improvements, ensuring we're always aiming for the best results. You'll contribute to shaping the future of our website by collaborating with different teams to deliver impactful content.Additionally, you'll help ensure our content complies with necessary industry regulations, particularly those related to debt advice, while maintaining our commitment to providing accurate and accessible information that supports individuals on their financial journey.About YouWe're looking for a proactive and creative Website Content Specialist who can help bring ideas to life and contribute to engaging online experiences. You'll have some experience in supporting digital content strategies and a track record of helping deliver successful online projects. We're seeking someone with a good balance of creativity and attention to detail, who is passionate about user engagement and improving digital platforms.You have experience in a digital content role, supporting website optimisation and improving user experience.You've contributed to the development and implementation of content strategies that align with organisational goals.You have a basic understanding of SEO, user experience design, and best practices in digital communication.You've helped with content innovation and optimisation initiatives.
