We’re looking for an exceptional designer or small agency to bring our bold new visual identity to life on the web. We need someone who can take our fresh brand narrative and transform it into an engaging web experience that reflects both our cutting-edge approach to nature credits and our commitment to planetary-scale impact. Project Scope
Complete redesign and development of our website at revalue.earth Iterative, collaborative development process with regular milestones Implementation on a content management system (ideally, Webflow or WordPress) Translation of existing brand guidelines into a web-appropriate design system which Revalue can reuse across our website and platform Key Requirements
Design Expertise
Proven experience in translating brand guidelines to web design Strong understanding of modern web design principles and best practices Ability to create engaging, professional designs that reflect our nature-tech positioning Understanding of how to structure and present detailed scientific information without overwhelming the reader Familiarity with presenting academic or research-based content in an approachable way Portfolio should show examples of effectively presenting technical or scientific content for general audiences Experience in designing for nature-tech, climate-tech, or sustainability-focused companies is a plus Experience communicating complex scientific concepts through visual design is a plus Technical Requirements
Development expertise in user-friendly content management systems (such as Webflow, WordPress, etc.) Minimal reliance on complex custom solutions when platform features can achieve the same goal When custom solutions are necessary, they should be delivered as clean, well-documented and version-controlled code, allowing for sustainable maintenance by the Revalue team Basic SEO considerations Working Style & Availability
Collaborative approach with ability to iterate quickly Regular communication and progress updates Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with brand guidelines Flexible availability for feedback sessions and revisions Must be able to effectively collaborate with teams in both London and Bali, with availability that works for both locations (Ideal timezone UTC to UTC+8, covering UK through Southeast Asia) Project Timeline
