Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Website Developer and Marketing Technology Manager to lead the development and maintenance of our WordPress website while managing key marketing technologies that drive our marketing automation and CRM integration. This role is critical to enhancing Resillion’s digital presence and optimising our marketing technology stack. Reporting into the Global Digital Marketing Manager and working with the Digital website and social manager. Location:

Hiring office Bangalore. Office based, Hybrid or Remote In India. (ideally Office or Hybrid) Experience:

Ideally someone with up to 4 - 5+ years' experience. Key Responsibilities Website Development & Management:

Develop, and maintain the Resillion website using WordPress in terms of creating new templates and functionality to ensure the site has a world class user experience. Ensure website security, performance optimisation, and UX best practices. Conduct regular updates, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring. Manage Salesforce CRM, including integrations with Lusha and Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement). Implement and optimise marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing, and lead scoring. Support ABM campaigns with tailored landing pages and campaign tracking, including rich content such as videos. Utilise AI tools to enhance development and content production efficiency while improving customer experience. Digital Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign launches. Ensure accurate tracking of campaign performance using web analytics tools. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with global marketing teams, sales teams, and external vendors. Provide technical consultation for marketing strategy execution. Required Skills and Experience: Marketing Tech Expertise: Salesforce.com, Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Lusha integration. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Analytical Skills: Strong experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and campaign reporting. Desired Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Industry Experience: Previous experience working for technology-focused and Western-based firms (preferably in the USA, UK, Canada, or Australia). Communication: Excellent written and spoken English.
