Web Manager , you will drive

website performance

globally, working closely with the Digital, UX and CRM teams. The Role: Serve as the first point of contact for all

website changes and support . Lead web optimisation efforts, focusing on

enhancing the customer journey. Collaborate with UX specialists

to test, design, and implement improvements. Manage and mentor a

team of six direct reports , driving performance and innovation. Share

web best practices

with internal teams and senior stakeholders. The Candidate: 5+ years of experience

in website management. Proven track record of

optimising website journeys for better user experience . Experience

leading and managing a team. Proficiency in website/SEO tools

such as Google Analytics and Screaming Frog. Hands-on experience with
