To support our digital transformation journey, we are looking for aWebsite Project Lead to oversee the strategic transition of our website and drive continuous improvement. Website Project Lead responsibilities: Lead the transition of our website to a new platform, ensuring minimal disruption and alignment with other digital platforms such as our mobile app and CRM. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, IT, UX/UI designers) and external agencies to deliver a user-friendly, accessible website that enhances customer self-service capabilities. Analyse customer feedback and web analytics to identify pain points, develop actionable solutions, and improve user engagement. Conduct usability testing and user research to inform design decisions and enhance the customer journey. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as bounce rates, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement throughout the project. Ensure compliance with GDPR, accessibility standards, and other regulatory requirements. Uphold Affinity Water’s brand identity, tone of voice, and design guidelines across all web content. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience leading website projects or overseeing significant redesigns (5+ years preferred). Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, UX design, and responsive design principles. Expertise in web analytics, customer insight analysis, and developing improvement solutions. Familiarity with website accessibility standards and compliance, particularly within regulated environments. Bonus: Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and technical SEO knowledge. Skills and Competencies: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects in a collaborative environment. Skilled at managing stakeholders, including third-party developers and design agencies. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and using data to drive improvements. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Why Join us?
