Nottingham HQ Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of
three websites , ensuring they are visually appealing, functional and user-friendly. Manage & maintain the
eCommerce store , ensuring smooth transactions, secure payment processing, and an excellent customer experience. Regular
collaboration with third party agencies
to oversee website management, reporting, and development. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business’ requirements
and the impacts to the site architecture. Utilise
GA, Google Tag Manager, and other platforms
to analyse performance and implement effective strategies. Take
ownership of the SEO
across each site, ensuring all content is optimised to improve searchability. Manage the live chat functionality and work closely with the sales teams. Maintain
website security measures
in line with compliance requirements. Work with internal teams on any development and integration requirements. Oversee the
annual web maintenance budget
and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Work closely with the marketing and design teams on the implementation of website updates and promotions. Skills & Experience
Previous
Website Management
experience, preferably within an
e-commerce
environment. Proficiency in managing Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other Google platforms. Previous experience working within a
CMS
e.g. Wordpress, Wix, etc. Knowledge of
website security
and experience in managing
payment tools . Previous experience of managing
chatbots /live chats would be beneficial. Ability to work cohesively with 3rd party agencies, and strong project management skills. Proactive & detail-oriented approach, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Experience in
Customer Portal
management is desirable but not essential. Our Client
