About the job: Wedding and Events Manager

Weddings & Events Manager You will be joining our client's exciting events team, which is fully focused on ensuring they provide an outstanding level of service, creating memories to last a lifetime! You will be responsible for overseeing all functions including Weddings, Birthdays, and Christmas events. Wedding & Events Floor Manager - what's involved? Running weddings and events on the day. Supporting the smooth and efficient running of the hotel when not running an event. Liaising with the bride and groom or event organizer in the days leading up to the event. Monitoring rosters to ensure staffing levels are accurate for the day of the event. Assisting in different departments as needed. Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Wedding & Events Floor Manager - who we are looking for? The desire to be part of creating some of life’s most cherished memories for people! Previous operational experience at management level in a busy wedding, conference, and events-based environment is a must. Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year’s experience of running functions and events and managing teams - applications without this experience will be rejected. All applicants must have a flexible approach to their work and be willing to work the hours required by the business. An excellent standard of presentation is essential. Successful applicants will work a variety of shifts, on any 5 days from 7, on any day of the year.
