SALARY: £30k Plus Bonus = Total Package £35-40k

A stunning Country House hotel situated in the Perthshire Countryside is now needing a Wedding & Events Sales Manager to join the team.
We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Wedding & Events Sales Manager to deliver a proactive approach to the promotion of the Hotel to achieve sales revenue targets for weddings, private functions, conferences, and other hotel special events such as Christmas party nights. All whilst working as part of the wider commercial team within the business.

* You will be responsible for the sales, planning and delivery and follow ups of each wedding and Event.
* Promoting the venue by designing and hosting fairs and open days alongside the sales team.
* Responsible for all weddings & events, planning showrounds, from initial enquiry right through to the day of the wedding or event. Handling bookings, converting them, , handling deposits and payments, liaising with suppliers, final detail run though to handing over the function sheet to the ops team.

We are looking for someone who:
* Has recent experience of coordinating and organising private and corporate events and weddings for a busy venue as this is a very reactive role.
* Has great customer Service skills, good work ethic and enjoy being part of a family run and close-knit team.
* Who can be flexible with working hours as this role will sometimes involve out of hours work to meet your clients, but this can be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
