As a Wedding & Special Events Manager you'll be at the heart of our hotel, turning initial enquiries into unforgettable experiences. Prepare to shine as you conduct captivating show rounds, showcasing our venue to the local wedding market. From start to finish, you'll be involved in planning our guest's events up to the day, effectively communicating their requirements to our operational team who will then run the event on the day.

This is a full-time role that involves working a variety of shifts including 8:00am-16:30pm / 9:00am-17:30pm / 09.30am-18:00pm / 11:30am-20:00pm. Weekend working is shared between the team and we aim for the team to work every other weekend, although flexibility is required to cover holidays.

Your skills and experience:
• You will ideally have previous experience in a wedding co-ordinator/planner role, preferably within a 4-star quality hotel or events venue
• You are passionate about events and prepared to put your heart and soul in to delivering memorable experiences for our guests
• You forge strong working relationships and create genuine connections with colleagues and our valued guests through your excellent communication skills.
• You are confident using IT software - familiarity with Opera software would be beneficial but is not essential as training can be provided
• Most of all, you will share our values such as being graciously warm, demonstrating a genuine approach, anticipating guest needs and ensuring every detail is considered

De Vere Beaumont Estate set in Old Windsor has a magnificent Georgian manor house as its centrepiece and is our largest hotel estate with 429 bedrooms, 45 meeting & event spaces, and over 40 acres of grounds.
