experience at management level in a busy wedding, conference, and events-based environment is a must. Applicant
must
have a minimum of 1 year of experience in running functions and events and managing teams - applications without this experience will be rejected. All applicants must have a flexible approach to their work and be willing to work the hours required by the business. An excellent standard of presentation is essential. Successful applicants will work a variety of shifts, on any 5 days from 7, on any day of the year.
