Retain Healthcare is seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants and Support Workers to join our growing team! Requirements: A caring and compassionate individual with a genuine desire to help others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong teamwork abilities. Reliability and a commitment to high-quality care. 6+ months' experience in a similar role. Weekend availability.
Pay and Benefits: Pay rates are £13.50 to £22 per hour (with holiday pay accrued separately). Weekly pay (PAYE not Umbrella so no hidden charges). FLEXIBLE hours - shifts including days and nights.
