Role Responsibilities: As a Spa Therapist, you will be expected to assist with the efficient running of the day to day operations of the spa department, with the ability to deliver excellent treatments. The ideal candidate: The ideal candidate will have a variety of excellent knowledge on treatment techniques including experience of local and national/international beauty brands and have a passion for providing excellent customer service. You must be qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent. Direct experience with hotel businesses is not required, though some knowledge of the industry would be beneficial, as would experience working with stand-alone Spas in a customer facing environment. The ideal candidate would be both resourceful, efficient, and with an outstanding eye for detail. They will also be able to apply themselves to any area of the Spa department. Duties will include: To ensure the safety of all Spa facility users. Ensuring exceptional customer care and service is provided to all guests. Working within the serenity of our boutique sanctuary you will deliver 5 star service varying from holistic therapies to body rituals. Tailor treatments in response to client requirements. The role will include all areas of the Spa department including Reception work and cleaning duties.
