Bury St Edmunds Compass Point Recruitment is partnering with a fantastic company in Bury St Edmunds, seeking both junior and experienced welders to join their growing team. We're looking for individuals with experience in MIG welding, particularly those comfortable working with large equipment and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills, great attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are essential. This role is also ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their engineering career, eager to learn and develop within the department. The position offers a competitive rate of £16 per hour (depending on experience and skills) with paid overtime. Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
