Welder/Fabricator
Robertson recruitment is looking for welder/fabricators for an engineering company based in Derby. There are roles for candidates who prefer doing light welding work and also roles for those interested in heavy structural work too. The candidate must pass a skills test in the interview and will be given relevant training in induction regarding health and safety.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am - 3:30pm
Overtime is available and the candidate must be flexible regarding this. During busier times, there are 10-15 hours of overtime available.
Duties
Experience with light work or heavy-duty work (different roles available)
Experience working with aluminium, stainless, or mild steel
Must be able to read from engineering drawings
Working at various tolerances - to be discussed in the screening process
Working with an overhead crane (not essential and will be trained)
