This company have a team of 9 in the workshop, and 60 across the company, they boast a low staff turnover and are recruiting due to further contract wins, they are looking for people that are wanting a long term career where they will be valued and invested in.
This role will suit someone that has experience as a Welder, Fabricator or Panel Beater background looking to join a close knit specialist manufacturer that actively invest in their manufacturing team, in a days based role that offers a great work life balance, optional premium overtime
The Role: Working Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm / 8am - 1.30pm on Fridays with optional overtime Working across to neighbouring workshops with a team of 8 other welders Further technical training and scope to progress your career
The Person: Previous experience in a Manufacturing or Engineering environment Looking for a great work life balance, further training and some career recognition
