Our Client based in Todmorden is looking for a Fabricator/Welder to join their highly skilled team of Engineers.
Main roles and responsibilities for this position are: Workshop Based Position. Read and interpret engineer's drawings. Ability to mark out and fabricate to high standard. Ability to use Oxy/Acetylene and Plasma. Repair work. Be competent in using and working with materials ranging from 3mm - 30mm thick. Have a good standard and experience of MIG and TIG welding. Be confident and competent in drilling, cutting, burning, and using plasma press brakes and guillotines. Ability to work overtime when required. The main work is on-site based in the Foundry, but some work may be off-site. £15-£17 per hour depending on experience.
