Are you the right person for this role?
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in welding and fabrication
Proficiency in working with steel and aluminium, as well as experience with hydraulic systems
You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to the team’s success
Duties will include:
Creating subframes according to precise engineering drawings and specifications
Working with both steel and aluminium to achieve high-quality results
Performing occasional welding and fabrication on used vehicles and cranes
Producing and constructing commercial vehicle bodies with precision
Fitting hydraulic pumps and PTOs with expertise
Utilising overhead cranes to move subframes and materials safely
Using bandsaws and steelworkers to cut and prepare materials efficiently
Rate of Pay: £14-£17phr (dependant on experience)
Hours of Work: 7.30am – 4.15pm Monday to Friday
