Are you an experienced Coded Welder looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a thriving industry? We are currently seeking a skilled Coded Welder to join our dynamic team at the Shotton Papermill in Flintshire.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform welding duties in accordance with safety standards, technical specifications, and quality procedures. Work with various materials, including steel and stainless steel, on machinery and structural components in the papermill. Carry out maintenance, repairs, and installations as required. Ensure work meets all regulatory compliance standards and internal quality control measures. Collaborate with engineers and the maintenance team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times. Key Requirements:

Valid welding codes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick welding - ASME IX, BS EN 287, etc.). Proven experience working as a coded welder in an industrial environment, preferably within the papermill or similar sectors. Strong knowledge of welding techniques, safety practices, and the ability to read technical drawings. Experience with both manual and automated welding equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong commitment to safety and quality assurance. Why Join Us?
