Welding Engineer
Welding Engineer focuses on welding authority providing technical assurance and ensuring compliance in support of project delivery teams.
What the role involves
- Welding Authority providing technical assurance and ensuring compliance in support of project delivery teams.
- Coordinating NDT and QC activities ensuring inspection processes, hold points, and personnel certifications comply with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Overseeing weld procedure governance, including WPS/WPQRs and welder qualifications ensuring alignment with project specifications.
- Maintaining accurate welder qualification and continuity records, ensuring ongoing compliance and traceability.
Skills and requirements
- MPI /DPI) and CSWIP.
- Monday to Thursday, 7.30am to 3.30pm.
- Friday 7.30am to 12.30.
- Role is based in Deeside to start asap.
