We are looking for a Welding Engineer to join our Special Process team in Sheffield. This position involves supporting welding operations, ensuring adherence to standards such as NADCAP and ISO14001, and driving process improvements. The role is outside IR35 and has a minimum duration of 6 months. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and maintain NADCAP accreditation, lead audits, and resolve quality concerns. Optimize welding processes and support the introduction of new products. Provide technical expertise for projects and process enhancements. Requirements: HNC (or higher) in materials, metallurgy, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in aerospace welding, including work with titanium, nickel alloys, and stainless steel. NADCAP audit leadership experience (preferred). We are paying around 40 per hour for this role, limited company or umbrella. This is an urgent position.
