Welding Inspector / Penetrant Technician / QC Technician

The ROLE The successful Welding Inspector / Penetrant Technician / QC Technician will be required to perform the following duties: Preparation and sign off of project Final Inspection Release Certificates Review Vendor manufacturing data Review Inspection and Test Records Carry out dimensional, visual, NDE, and other inspections Provide QC support to all departments Ensure adherence to the Company QHSE Policy, actively promoting a healthy, safe, and environmentally responsible working environment Review fabrication drawings and Weld Procedures
The CANDIDATE Our client is looking for a Welding Inspector with the following qualifications: Knowledge of structural steel and pipework fabrication CSWIP 3.1 PCN level II Knowledge of ASME Pressure Equipment Directive (2014/68/EU) and ISO 3834 European Welding Engineer (desirable) Willingness to travel as required
Salary:
GBP 50,000 - GBP 54,000
