will work directly with Welding Operators and customers to support the manufacture of heat exchanger assemblies. If you are an experienced

Welding Inspector

who is passionate about quality and precision, we would love to hear from you! What You Will Do as a Welding Inspector Ensure all welds adhere to drawings and welding procedures. Conduct pre-weld visual fit-up and verify welding equipment. Perform post-weld visual inspections to meet quality standards. Define and document rework and repair schemes. Mentor and provide constructive feedback to Fitting and Welding Operators. Conduct department spot checks to maintain TPM and NADCAP compliance. Participate in RRCA investigations and implement corrective actions. Support process improvements to reduce waste and boost efficiency. Education & Experience Requirements for a Welding Inspector Essential: TIG welding experience with Aluminum and Stainless/Nickel Alloys. CSWIP Level 3 qualification.
