Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing are partnering with a leading Global manufacturing company to recruit a
Welding Team Leader . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to be part of a dynamic team within an Assembly production environment. Key Responsibilities:
Drive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) performance across the team, ensuring no harm to people, equipment, or the environment. Provide technical assistance to improve safety, production, and quality standards. Lead and develop a team of welders, managing individual and team performance through coaching and mentoring. Manage work priorities and provide quality assurance on completed work, ensuring all processes align with the company's Quality Management Systems. Ensure operational compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Lead HSE tours, reporting and investigating incidents or near misses, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Strong understanding of NDE processes, including penetrant testing, radiographic testing, and visual inspection. Required Skills and Experience:
Experience in leading teams in a manufacturing environment. Experience in managing safety standards and ensuring compliance with HSE policies. Strong communication and leadership skills.
