We are seeking a
Welding Manager
to run the workshop, oversee jobs, and manage the team. The ideal candidate must have experience with MIG, TIG, and MMA welding. What you'll be doing: Day-to-day management overseeing welders and ensuring the workshop runs smoothly. Ensuring compliance with pressure-testing standards. Maintaining a clean and organized workshop. Requirements: Proven experience in welding and fabricating (at least 2 years). Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to metal fabrication. Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations during the fabrication process. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Management experience preferred but not essential. Job Type:
