About the Role:
Join the dynamic team as they embark on an exciting journey, supporting individuals and families under a Central Government contract. We are currently recruiting Welfare Support Officers to ensure the provision of exceptional care and safeguarding for vulnerable families. This role demands cultural sensitivity, empathy, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Key Responsibilities: Provide practical and emotional support to service users, addressing safeguarding and welfare concerns. Monitor the wellbeing and support needs of service users, ensuring accurate record-keeping for audit purposes. Maintain professional boundaries and resilience to meet the diverse needs of service users effectively. Role Criteria: Essential experience working with vulnerable and/or diverse client groups. Proficient understanding of safeguarding principles. Prior experience in handling mental health and/or challenging behaviour cases. Excellent communication skills with colleagues, local authorities, and service users. Demonstrated traits of supportiveness, trustworthiness, approachability, and empathy. Possession of a full UK driving license. DBS will be conducted prior to starting. Location:

£15.46 per hour, with an additional £250 for a rotated weekend or night shift once per 4-week period. Work Hours:
