The role of the Well Services Supervisor (LWIV) will involve technical planning, programming and supervision of vessel-based well operations, including aspects of project management. Key Responsibilities

Working in accordance with the THREE60 Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Ensuring compliance with UK statutory regulations and THREE60 health, safety, and environmental policies Working with engineering teams to plan and execute intervention and decommissioning projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and operational timelines Monitoring project progress, budget utilisation and resource allocation to achieve project objectives Preparation of vessel scheduling and strategy reports for multi-well vessel campaigns Preparing detailed work programmes for vessel-based well intervention and decommissioning projects Conducting engineering studies and preparation of technical reports for vessel-based operations Supervision of vessel-based well operations on behalf of THREE60 (company rep) Ensuring safe and efficient well operations on vessel-based well operations Maintaining well integrity throughout vessel-based well intervention and decommissioning operations Ensuring adherence to operational procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements throughout all phases of intervention and decommissioning projects offshore Leading and managing multidisciplinary teams offshore on vessel-based intervention and decommissioning operations Assisting with procurement and subcontracting processes for vessel-based well operations Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors and Regulators Competence Requirements Knowledge & Qualifications Formal qualification at minimum degree level in Engineering or Science preferred Knowledge of subsea wellhead & xmas tree operations, completion design, well barrier management, well integrity, intervention equipment Knowledge of Diving and ROV systems and subsea intervention tools Valid certification to allow travel to offshore locations Skills & Experience Minimum of 10 years experience of oil and gas operations Experience of vessel-based intervention and decommissioning operations is essential Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential Ability to influence and use tactful assertiveness to achieve required outcomes is essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications; Sharepoint, Teams. Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project Flexibility to travel and visit offshore locations as required
