Location: WAKEFIELD Hours: 17.5 Contract: Temporary End Date: 15/01/2025 The Well Women Centre (WWC) is seeking an Administrator to join their friendly operations team in Wakefield, covering maternity leave for one year. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels in providing high levels of customer care and has a keen eye for detail. The Administrator will be responsible for a range of office tasks, including reception duties such as welcoming clients to the centre, answering queries, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. Key Responsibilities: Welcoming clients to the centre and providing a professional, friendly service. Answering phone calls and emails, offering information and assistance as needed. Managing bookings and appointments for clients. Handling office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and record maintenance. Assisting with general office duties as required.
