Shared care of B1 year. Returning professional clients are seeking an experienced & professional Daily Rota Nanny to join their household team and care for their son, aged 1 year. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a rota nanny position within an UHNW household and should preferably live in the Cheltenham/Cirencester/Stow-on-the-Wold locale. The role is based on the western fringes of the Cotswolds in a busy UHNW family, within a fully staffed household. The new Nanny will focus on shared care of the 1-year-old, who has an older sister (3 years) cared for by live-in rota nannies, who also cover night care. We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about working with children, helping them to flourish and thrive. The successful candidate will support the children's learning and development, as well as their day-to-day holistic care. A confident driver is essential to ensure they can get out and about with the children. An enthusiasm for the outdoors and country life is preferred, as many of the children’s activities center around this. Comfort around animals, particularly horses, dogs, and cats, is also preferred. The role involves a high level of attention, professionalism, and discretion. Being naturally organized and thoughtful in all tasks is important. The household is welcoming and fully staffed. The family values a candidate who works cohesively with the children, family, and wider house team. This role includes travel, mainly to European destinations, with occasional long-haul travel. A flexible can-do approach is welcomed, as the family prefers to travel without a large entourage. Experience traveling with UHNW families via private and commercial airlines is highly preferred. This is a wonderful role, working with a delightful family in a supportive team. Key qualities and qualifications the clients are looking for include: Paediatric first aid trained. Full DBS required. Exemplary level of professionalism and discretion. Excellent command of English spoken & written. Confident driver with a full clean driver’s license. A wish to work in the countryside and comfort around animals, including horses. A strong swimmer. A keen interest in nutrition and healthy eating. High emotional intelligence. An additional secondary language (e.g., French) would be of strong interest. Organized with high attention to detail in all tasks. We look forward to hearing from you if you think you would be a wonderful fit for this role. A great salary package is available for a top-class, 5* candidate to start end April/early May (must be in-situ by early/mid-May). Initial interviews with the Family's PA are now taking place.
