Westminster City Council is seeking an experienced Dynamics Developer to join our Software Engineering team. This role will play a key part in developing new features within Dynamics 365/Customer Service Management (CSM), including workflows, plugins, entities, and system integrations. The successful candidate will also contribute to the maintenance and development of external APIs using C#/.NET. You will report to the Principal Software Engineer and work as part of a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to enhancing the council's digital services. Key Responsibilities:

Develop new features in Dynamics 365/CSM, including workflows, plugins, and entities. Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems. Develop and maintain a custom web API using C#/.NET. Work on environments with multiple solutions, managing both managed and unmanaged solutions while addressing dependencies and resolving issues. Develop JavaScript and HTML web resources and work with the Dynamics Web API. Use the Dynamics SDK to develop plugins and custom workflow activities. Contribute to external API development, including Azure API Manager and Logic Apps. Essential Skills and Experience:

Comprehensive understanding of Dynamics 365, particularly the Customer Service module. Proven experience in environments with multiple solutions, including dependency management and issue resolution. Strong skills in developing JavaScript and HTML web resources. Proficiency in the Dynamics Web API and SDK for plugin and custom workflow activity development. Experience in external API development using .NET and familiarity with Azure API Manager and Logic Apps. Desirable Qualifications:

Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400/MB-400) certification is beneficial but not essential. If you are interested in this role please send your updated CV in the first instance.
