WH Stephens Belfast office has an opening for a graduate Quantity Surveyor seeking to pursue a career with a RICS registered company.
As a graduate, we will support you to develop knowledge and experience in the following areas:
Quantification of construction works and activities Cost planning Procurement Post-contract cost control Administration of different forms of construction contract For this graduate position, we would like to speak to candidates with the following qualities:
Clear and effective communication skills – both oral and written Methodical way of thinking and approach to work Good organisation, problem solving and negotiating skills Financial and numeracy management skills Sound ICT skills, with a high level of proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work as part of a team. Qualifications and Desirable Skills
BSc – Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management Minimum 2.1 Holder of a full clean UK driving licence as you will need to be able to drive to construction sites CSR card What you need to do now
