Key areas of responsibility will include: Lead and manage a dedicated team responsible for finance and procurement systems. Drive system enhancements and optimisations, ensuring seamless integration and efficient processes. Develop and execute strategies to improve financial and procurement systems, maximizing accuracy and effectiveness. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into system requirements. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis and system performance. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You must be able to demonstrate: Qualified Accountant with evidence of continued professional development. Proven track record of successful managerial experience. Strong expertise in finance and procurement systems, with a focus on system enhancements and optimizations gained in a complex operating environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems. Experience collaborating with IT teams to implement and maintain system improvements. Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards. This role is offered on a hybrid basis. It is anticipated that the successful individual will be based in the office a minimum of 2 days a week. Apply Today:
