White Collar Crime Solicitor- London
This Corporate Crime and Regulatory team in London are seeking to expand with the recruitment of a solicitor at associate or senior associate level.
The team deal with the full spectrum of privately funded criminal and regulatory cases; this includes advising on and defending corporate criminal investigations, financial crime and disciplinary proceedings, as well as high value fraud, serious general crime and extradition.

In-depth knowledge of financial criminal and regulatory law As well as supporting partners in the team on complex cases, you will run your own mixed caseload, with a focus on police criminal and misconduct work. The ideal candidate will:
Be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of criminal and regulatory law. Have at least two years’ PQE in a leading criminal firm or equivalent experience in criminal law. Have confidence in their ability to advise clients in interview under caution with a variety of investigating agencies.
