The Role As a White Goods Engineer, you’ll be responsible for repairing and maintaining a variety of multi-brand appliances, including: Washing Machines Tumble Dryers Dishwashers Refrigeration Units Electrical Cookers This is a field-based role where you’ll deliver excellent service directly to customers in their homes. You’ll work on industry-leading brands like Hotpoint, Indesit, Bosch, and Beko, ensuring first-time fixes and a high standard of care. Key Responsibilities Fault diagnosis and repair of domestic appliances. Providing outstanding customer service in a customer-facing environment. Meeting achievable targets for completion rates, first-visit fixes, and customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a White Goods/Domestic Appliance Engineer. Relevant certifications, such as Domestic ACS Gas Qualification (CCN1/CKR1). Refrigeration qualifications (R600a/F-Gas) are a bonus. A full UK driver’s license. What We Offer Salary: £28,000-£33,000 (based on experience and location). Bonus: Up to 10% of your annual salary based on achievable performance metrics. Hours: 40-hour working week, with overtime available at time and a half. Holidays: 31 days (23 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays). Benefits:
