White Goods Engineer

You will like White goods field service/repair in Bath BA & Taunton TA postcode areas for an up-and-coming company, with a family feel but an impressive big brand client base. They specialise in the service of electronics and technical products and act as customer service, warranty, returns and refurbishments for partner organisations. They are ambitious, growing and are a great employer for experienced Appliance / White Goods Service Technicians/Engineers who are open to a new challenge. The Role The White Goods Engineer job where you will undertake service maintenance and repair to white goods at customer premises at allocated postcodes in Bath Bridgwater & Taunton areas. Specifically, this includes warranty checks, fault-finding, troubleshooting, repair and modification to washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges freezers and cookers according to your qualifications/strengths. Ongoing training is provided and you will be cross-trained to an expert level in additional manufacturers and product types! All the tools of the trade including a new company van (with AC) & fuel card are provided. The role also requires scheduling, customer care, health and safety compliance, and some paperwork/PDA. You will have To be successful as a White Goods Engineer, you will have appliance service/repair experience including white goods plus a healthy mix of the following: Manufacturer training/certification is an advantage Multi-brand experience preferred e.g. Whirlpool/Samsung/Beko Good track record in maintenance/installation servicing or repairs F-Gas or Gas Safe registration is an advantage Strong customer service skills Health and safety awareness Basic computer literacy for PDA Full driving license, and reasonable flexibility for travel/hours You will get As a White Goods Engineer/Appliance Engineer, you will enjoy a competitive salary of GBP30K-GBP32K (including 1 Saturday per month) depending on qualifications/experience: New van (usually Renault) that you can use for agreed private mileage Opportunity to develop a personal role to supervisor/manager position Training available if you want to get Gas Safe or F-Gas certifications 4 weeks holiday plus bank holidays You can apply To White Goods Engineer/Appliance Engineer by pushing the button on this job posting (recommended), or by sending your CV in confidence to (url removed).
