Sales Manager - Spray Shop Manager - Spray Manager - Wood Finishes - Wood Finishing - Paint Sprayer - Joinery Sprayer Our client is a well-established manufacturing company specializing in the supply of decorative and protective industrial finishes for wood, metal, glass, and plastics. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager and would suit a sprayer or spray shop manager looking to move into a sales role. Responsibilities: To promote, sell and support products at existing and prospective customers. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Develop sales through technical and commercial promotion. Manage the sales pipeline and funnel via the CRM. Manage and grow key accounts. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Maintain and improve margins by managing the sales product mix. Supply senior management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitor activities, and potential for new products and services. Candidate Profile: Sales or an experienced Spray Shop Manager/Sprayer looking for a change of career. Good working knowledge of wood coating and spray shop application processes would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship building attributes. Well organized and able to work on own initiatives. Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to succeed in a highly competitive market. Our client is offering an attractive salary plus a sales commission package which could reach up to £15,000 per annum. Company car, fuel card, and 23 days holiday.
