We are looking to recruit a Whole School Timetabler and Academic Data Manager to manage the timetable across the three areas (academic, broader curriculum, and pastoral) of our busy boarding school.
The successful candidate will be required to provide flexible, reliable, professional, confidential, efficient, and effective timetable management. This includes overseeing all aspects of timetable creation from initial staff deployment to the construction and updating of the cover timetable based on the curriculum plan.
Experience of data input and manipulation, as well as operating computerised school administration systems (we currently use iSAMS and SOCS), is essential. Experience with timetable software is desirable, or a willingness to learn. Good attention to detail, the ability to interpret/analyze data to produce written and graphical reports for a variety of audiences, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage conflicting demands are essential. Experience in managing complex events to a tight schedule is desirable.
