Job Description The Wholesale Planner/ Merchandiser would execute our wholesale channel strategy for the A&F, Kids and Hollister Brands across the EU with emphasis to the DACH markets. You will deliver revenue growth targets and deliver the seasonal GTM to meet brand deadlines with your accounts. Your excellent communication skills will help you identify and realize opportunities with internal stakeholders as well as our commercial partners. This job is field based with connection to our EMEA Regional Home Office in London, UK, likely requiring up to 25% travel. What Will You Be Doing?

Deliver growth targets at the brand / gender level for each season as well as fiscal month. Manage the sales process and GTM timings so that the brand deadlines & optimized WOW are delivered. Build strong relationships with our commercial partners across several functions and lead the building of team to team connectivity. Represent our commercial partner needs as we develop our sales process and tools. Collaborate closely with wholesale merchants and brand teams to identify and prioritize key products and seasonal trend opportunities. Negotiate to deliver profitable terms and outcomes for the business. Leverage in-region knowledge and analytics to help manage business growth and marketing strategies. Monitor sales and react to capture short- and long-term business opportunities. Identify key accounts in region that best meet our brand positioning needs. What Do You Need To Bring?

Bachelor’s degree. Wholesale experience in the retail industry (preferably fashion retail). Experience generating and fulfilling sales. Strong command of Excel functions, formulas, V-look up/pivot tables, retail math. Experience building strong working relationships with internal and external partners. Ability to travel in-country and out-of-country for accounts and meetings. Ability to interact with people at all organizational levels. Administrative, analytical, persuasive, planning, problem-solving, oral and written communication skills are required. Account maintenance - ability to manage market appointments, order entry, suggesting re-orders, inventory planning, marketing requests, product knowledge, merchandising support as needed. New Account growth - ability to identify and assist in building new partnerships. Quarterly hindsight reporting - ability to detail account performance, style selling, and brand opportunities. Experience researching events and identifying opportunities to help build brand awareness and excitement. Knowledge of and connectivity to our Brands. Self-starting personality with plenty of drive.
