Role Responsibilities: Client Communication: Assist clients via telephone, e-mail, and post with completing their free online will. Quote Provision: Provide accurate quotes. Reporting: Compile and deliver weekly reports. Issue Resolution: Report complaints or technical issues to the team leader. Will Drafting Assistance: Support with basic will drafting and bill preparation. Legal Work Support: Assist fee earners, make appointments, and manage diaries. Document Management: Scan documents and manage file administration. Case Management: Enter estate information into the case management system. Correspondence: Write to third parties for information and manage responses. File Management: Handle the archiving, opening, and closing of files.

Skills and Experience Required: Legal experience is desirable. Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all tasks. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills.
