Wills & Probate Lawyer
Salary: £35,000- £50,000
Location: Doncaster
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

About the Firm and Role:
Our client is a leading regional law firm with a fantastic reputation locally and in the wider region for their quality of work. Due to continued growth we are now seeking a wills and probate lawyer to join the team at their Doncaster office.
This role will see you running a varied caseload or wills, probate and full estate administration matters. The ideal candidate will also support the head of department in supporting/mentoring more junior members of the team.
The scope for unrestricted progression opportunities within this firm are great with the firm having a proven history of promoting talented and ambitious individuals.
If successful, you will perform the following role as a wills and probate fee earner:
Working with and obtaining instructions from clients; including the elderly and vulnerable on Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Work and administration of client affairs Running own caseload of Wills and Probate client matters Administering Trusts and Estates Advising clients on inheritance and capital gains tax issues Providing clients with accurate and up-to-date legal advice in all matters relating to Wills, Trusts and Probate Working with others to contribute to the overall profitability of the firm, including contributing to practice development/marketing and staff development Assisting and mentoring junior members of the team in drafting complex wills and relevant documentation Responsibility for all areas of Wills and Probate work Assisting other fee earners within the department as and when required Undertaking any other relevant duties specified by the Heads of Department and Senior Probate Manager
